By accessing our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Website or use our services.
Use of Website
Permitted Use
You may use our Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Website:

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website

Wedding Planning Services
Service Description
Weddings By Danielle Emily provides wedding planning, coordination, and design services as described on our Website and in our service agreements. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement between you and Weddings By Danielle Emily.
Booking and Payment
To secure our services, a signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer fee are required. The amount of the retainer and payment schedule for the remaining balance will be specified in your service agreement.
All payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in late fees and/or termination of services.
Cancellation and Refunds
The retainer fee is non-refundable. Cancellation policies for the remaining balance will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made:
- More than 6 months before the wedding date: 50% of paid fees (excluding retainer) refunded
- 3-6 months before the wedding date: 25% of paid fees (excluding retainer) refunded
- Less than 3 months before the wedding date: No refund
Weddings By Danielle Emily reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the service agreement, with no refund provided.
Intellectual Property
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Weddings By Danielle Emily, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent.
Wedding Photos and Content
By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, and other content from your wedding for our portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and other promotional purposes. If you prefer that we not use content from your wedding, please notify us in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to credit photographers and other vendors when using wedding content. However, we are not responsible for third-party use of wedding content.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Weddings By Danielle Emily, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the Website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weddings By Danielle Emily, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of South Carolina, in each case located in Charleston County. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
